Bought game in steam, but EA PLAY subscription overwrote my Ultimate edit game.
I have an ea subscription on my ea account.
I bought a game on steam, which is linked to my ea account with an ea subscription.
Now, I can download the game both on steam and ea because of the subscription.
Can you ensure that EA recognizes that I can have an ultimate version of the game purchased on steam, and not with an ea subscription? I will not renew my ea subscription for the next month, I have a strong belief that my progress will be reset due to a conflict.
Hi @dinnamo1927, EA Play 10-hour trial doesn't reset the progress of your game.
Also, since you purchased the Ultimate Edition, you will have full access to the game from September 20th. Just check your order history from Steam (Link) to be sure you completed the preorder for the game.
