Bug: EVO Upgrade Not Responding – Training Camp Path

Dear EA Support Team,

I hope you're well.

I'm reaching out to report a technical issue with the EVO upgrade system in EA SPORTS FC™ Ultimate Team. Specifically, I'm experiencing a problem with the Training Camp EVO path. When I try to apply the upgrade, there is no response from the game – nothing loads, and clicking the upgrade button does nothing.

I’ve tried restarting the game, logging in and out, and even accessing it through the Web App, but the issue still persists.

I kindly ask that you look into this issue, as I’d really like to progress through the Training Camp EVO path properly. I’m happy to provide screenshots or a video of the issue if needed.
