From the screenshot it appears you have already started the evolution with Rooney, so you don't need to do anything. Just wait until it tells you that the level is complete, and claim at that time. Don't attempt to pause, cancel, or otherwise affect the evolution. And as for the training camp section, once you begin the evolution, you have sent your player to training camp. The section is no longer there because that was the only training camp evolution available, nothing to worry about.
