Cannot remove transfer notification!

Question

I have an instance of a transfer notification that is not being removed!&nbsp; I ended negotiations with a particular player but the notification that I need to still negotiate with this player have now been on my notification list for over 3 seasons!?!?!?!?&nbsp; I have done everything to try and remove it but nothing .... it just won't go!

Yep... that sounds like FC25 Career Mode!

I have the exact same problem except its a player I was never interested in but rather was scouting. The 'Negotiate with...' notification has been on for over 4 seasons now. I've resorted to buying the player and waiting to see if it works coz Im mid-season wating for transfer season to see if his arrival changes anything.
