Cmon EA servers

Why am I getting this message ALL DAY! I just want to play ONE game and I cannot even get connected to the servers to get into UT. I have done EVERYTHING from restarting redownloading changing DNS, clearing cache and yet NOTHING has changed in over 12 hours of attempting to get into the game that I paid $80 for.
