Code already redeemed

I got a code but the game is not there can I get a new one please

I went into the EA live chat and they gave me a link where I should send my old code and i got this reply back.

I got the email for the beta, but unfortunately I tried redeeming the code and it did not work. I did it fairly early so I doubt it expired. Unfortunately, I tried a bunch of other methods but still did not work.

Can I get some help fixing this?

I am also having this problem and the beta code tool is saying code already redeemed when it hasnt been

Are you in North America or the UK? Also, was the code sent to you or did you get it from someone else?

Unfortunately, there's nothing else we can do if your code is invalid and the self help tool doesn't generate a new one.

I am from the UK. I dont know what to do now!!

Did you receive a code through email or was it given to you by someone else?

I recieved the email code myself. 

I therefor do not know what I need to do. 

I have been in contact with live support for 3 days straight without any luck!
