Do better EA

My kid plays this and this is the name of a team YOU guys decided to choose. There is also no way to report this in any way so please do better EA.

    Hey ffgrfu just so you are aware, a nutbuster is actually a pretty common rock climbing tool. I have one of them here at home that I used to always take climbing: https://dmmwales.com/products/nutbuster

    Just because something has a more adult misappropriation doesn't mean that all uses of it are deemed offensive.

    I understand where you are coming from and am happy to pass the feedback on but in the case where an 8 year old is accessing online features of a game then is best to monitor their online play at all times. Our team works hard to ensure a safe environment for all but things can slip through, things one deems offensive may not be considered offensive by others, for example the use of the word damn is highly offensive to some but to most a 5 year old saying it is fine.

    I'm sorry Darko, but your response to this has been out of order.  You know damned well what the term nutbuster has in pop culture, and to try and play it down is just sad.

     I understand it is difficult for EA to go through every team name and remove every potentially offensive name, but just argue that then. Don't try and argue that this team name could have potentially not been offensive, you just make yourself look silly.

    Going to go ahead and close this off as we've had to moderate it considerably and it's just going off the rails with bad faith replies and a refusal to discuss the topic in a manner appropriate for the boards. 

    We understand that some may find certain names offensive and recommend that you report them using the links shared above. 

    Just because something is offensive or can be used in an offensive manner does not mean it's inherently inappropriate. 

    Our team reviews all usernames reported to them and consider all context before making a decision.
