ea doesnt help

Hello, my account was stolen and the hacker who stole my account had only fc24 in his EA account and played that game for 48 hours and I couldn't get it back. Then I came to EA for help. After buying fc 25, I can't get my account back. My account is connected to Steam. We solved the problem but now the person who hacked and played the account has banned the account. I can't use any features and they won't help me.
