EA FC 25, cheating report, closed case, no fix available

In EA FC 25 in Ultimate team; Champions mode i played against a player who was clearly cheating. I provided EA even video evidence, and EA just closed my case wtih No Fix? How can that be no fix? At least you could have some decency to send some apology or apology packs or something, because that cheating player really screwed everything up for me in the game...and with that I lost 1 game and better rewards.

@Kavcic123 I played vs 4 or 5 Cheater in Wl yesterday...some of them are a bit Undercover now. One Hacker instant let my Game Crash after he scored a Goal. Big Funkiller right now with this stupid Hackers.
