EA NETWORK PROBLEM

Hİ everyone

ım having trouble accessing my EA account on FC 25 on my Playstation 5.The problem is that the verifivcatiıon code ıs beıng sent to my old email adress,which ı no longer use .Because of this ı canty link my ea account to FC 25

ıs there any way to change the email linked to my EA account or recover access wıthout usıng the old email =ı 'd apprecıate any help or guıdance.
