The support team wouldn't be able to help with bans, but our Terms of Service team can. They look into bans, and if one has been placed incorrectly, they'll overturn it. You can reach out to them with a ban appeal using the steps in this guide:
They'll get back to you via email. Be sure to keep an eye on your email inbox (and spam/junk folders...sometimes the emails can be routed through to there).
