Fc 25 beta download problem

Hi, I’ve got the fc 25 beta code for ps5, I tried to put it in and selected a game to download and it didn’t download, and then I tried to put the code back in and it says the code has already been redeemed, I then went to transactions and payments to see that the code has gone through but there is no game to download. Please help.

    @EA_Aljo Thanks for the suggestion but I already tried that and it's not in there.

    I have since managed to get it to start downloading. The way to get it to actually install is on the Xbox go to settings, payment & billing then order history, select it to download.

    Try going to the PlayStation store in a web browser. Then, find the beta and try initiating the download from there. Thanks!

    I have the exact same issue but on an Xbox Series X.  Entered the code to redeem and it popped up with an error message.  Entered it again for it to say it's already been redeemed so cannot download it.  

    I thought I'd look at my purchase history and download it that way instead but it says it's currently not available.

    You don't need to enter the code again. Hit the Guide button on your Xbox controller. Then go to Manage games & apps > See all > Full library. Sort by Owned.

    You will only be able to download the version assigned to your code. We're not able to change that.

    Try the ps app on phone and click where i circled. It should bring up both versions and that's how I was able to do it.
