Fc 25 Hacked In Tots Bundesliga Cup

Hello,

I recently played the Tots Bundesliga Cup to receive Xavi Simons for my little brother. My little brother is in the hospital after getting sick, so I wanted to help him out. I was playing the cup and ended up receiving a record of 15-7 out of the 25 allotted matches. I needed to win these last three matches to go 18-7 to receive Xavi Simons. In my first match out of the three, I faced a hacker. At first, he had subtle hacks like making my players run slower. It wasn't easy, but I was persevering. I was in the box, about to equalize, when my game was shut off. It was shocking and left me in pain for a few minutes, as I was not able to get my brother his favorite player when I promised him I would. So I explained all this to my support agent, Anubhav, and he told me that the in-game team would look at it and that there was a chance to get my game back or receive Xavi Simons' card itself. He also told me that if I posted my problem here, there was a chance an EA helper would look at it and help me faster. So please help me help my brother. I am willing to elaborate if necessary.
