unplayable, in ten minutes eveytime I have the ball the pass goes to opponent.
Opponent has 100% in scoring, every shot is a goal, never miss a pass, players run twice as fast as mine.
Impossible to cut the ball.
They decide who wins, this time opponent wasn't that good, but witth 100% in shooting and passing is impossible, 10 minutes 4 goals... reality for EA...
These servers are the worst I have seen in any AAA game. Jesus Christ. I conceded 3 goals in 2 mins because my players just wouldn't move. EA have a **bleep** reputation for being predatory, but now they're simply incompetent. I reckon all the talent they had left is gone. They've just got a bunch of easily manipulated and poorly paid juniors now.
It’s likely your connection not the server since you had such high packet loss in the other thread. Probably what the op is experiencing too.

Packet loss does not indicate where the problem lies, only that there is one. Packets are sent back and forth from the server and your machine. A packet can be considered lost if either side loses, or doesn't respond to it.
Right if everyone is experiencing packet loss then it could be a server issue. Since that’s not the case you should contact your isp and see if they can help you fix it.
Please stop responding to posts like this. You aren't qualified. It doesn't need to be EVERYONE. A server instance can be struggline, whilst others are fine.
There is not 1 server. There are many farms, with many dynamically spawned instances. If a single farm is struggling, many people in a region will notice it. If specific instances are struggling, only select people will notice it.
I have contacted my ISP several times about this. Both their tests and my own agree that I have no issues. You categorically do not know what you are talking about.
I can respond if I want. Hopefully your isp can fix it for you. I know you wanted an answer from ea for awhile so I am glad you got one. It’s nice when ea is transparent. It lets everyone know what’s going on. They should do more of those threads as they are helpful.

Nothing to do with servers or ISP. game was fine until the update.
The gameplay became poor. Same repetitive thing, players force high balls because we lose every header.
Everybody noticed the lack of corner kick goals, same as rebounds and speed, is decided by algarithm
Even the menus are slow & unresponsive. There may be something weird in the update, but the servers are definitely struggling right now.
The servers are rubbish. I am in London and haven't connected to a London server since last week. Whenever TOTS comes out your server infrastructure crumbles. Dont blame the ISP. You think all of us have the same ISP?
