FC 25 servers

Question

I really hope you have something coming by way as an apology for how tragic your servers have been in the past 48 hours.

I have tried playing rivals today and have been kicked off the servers in each game, each time receiving the DNF pop up when returning to the menus. This issue is not internet related. This is purely your awful server related.
I demand you restore my rivals back to being one win from Div 2 which is where I was before I tried playing your game today. This is the only way I'll be satisfied with how poorly your game has been. There is no excuse for your servers to be THIS bad in 2025. Dial up connection in the mid 00s was nowhere near this slow.
Shape up EA and fix your nonsense. Your player base is suffering and your lack of action, solves and silence are all equally as deafening as the other.

well said 👏🏻&nbsp;even navigating the menus is taking forever at the moment, never mind the gameplay.crazy that EA are making all these much needed changes for FC26 but theres still 2 months of 25 left! seems like they’ve given up on this game 🤣 can’t blame them it’s absolutely abysmal&nbsp;

It is not only the game itself. Even the webapp and mobile app are sooo slow that they are actually not usable.

How can you let the happen parallel to your pre-order EA FC 26 promotion. Who wants a game from a producer who cannot maintain a most basic kind of stability?!

It’s clear EA has something massive on their hands and they’re simply not equipped to manage or maintain it at this scale. The game feels overloaded, both on menus and from a gameplay standpoint.
At this point, to make it work properly, they’d probably need fewer players and reduced load across the servers.
