FC Point Transfer EAFC 24 ----- 25

Question

FC Point Transfer EAFC 24 -----&gt; 25When It came up with the option to transfer coins from FC24 I declined as I didn't have any, I now have a load of coins on FC24 because I was bought a gift card for the wrong game (Sounds stupid I know), does anyone know if you can get that message asking to transfer coins over again? I am open to suggestions and in the mean time I am redownloading FC24 to see if that's the reason why the message isn't popping up again.

@Makasnaka nobody be helping, i have the same problem and there is no way to reach out to someone about this, and all the help doesn’t tell us how to fix this
