FC25! Not being able to manually create your own formation is 🐕💩

Not being able to manually create your own formation is 1 of many many problems with the game. The ref makes wild decisions, the menus are sooooooooo slow. Pressing buttons 3 & 4 times for it to register, the list goes on!  I'm not the first to say it & I won't be the last!!
