FC25 season pass and R1 bugged

Yesterday after i started to play pro club, i realized my season pass disappeared and in game single-player in UT, when i try to use the R1 for defence, it won't work. I've tried with my friend's account it works and wasn't a problem about the pad.
Someone got the same thing?
