The username "IKxllua-" can be interpreted as a stylized and abbreviated phrase meaning "I kill UA", with "UA" being the internationally recognized abbreviation for Ukraine and Ukrainians. This reads as a clear genocidal and hateful statement, especially in the context of current world events and ongoing conflict.

This name is:

• A promotion of ethnic violence and hatred
• A blatant violation of your community standards
• Deeply offensive to Ukrainian players and others affected by such language
