Got banned again

So 2 weeks ago I got banned for "breaking community guidelines" and the ban got uplifted yesterday at 12 AM. During the day I played the cup with a buddy and some pro clubs with some friends. Today I get on the game to find out I got banned again, yet this time I never got an email explaining why I got banned, I just go to the ban history and there it is, no reason to why or what I did. Does anyone else have issues with EA and their ban system or am I just out of luck?

    Contact the terms of service team and appeal the ban. They should also be able to tell you the reason.

    I've tried, they'll just close my case and never respond. They've always been a pain to deal with
