I just bought the premium pass while i were on Level 20 After getting the 10k xp the pass bugged the i have for example -250xp for the premium reward no i cant get the premium reward from 21 to 30 can someone pls help

Not entirely surely anyone can fix this as of yet. Mines glitched too. Paid 500k for the premium one, reached level 18 and it reset me to level 1
