Help

Hello,

I submitted a ban appeal for EA SPORTS FC 25 (Gamepass version) more than 6 days ago.  
The case number is #213568234 and it still shows as "In Progress", but I haven't received any updates or replies.  

I didn’t cheat or break any rules, and I just want to be able to play the game normally.  
Please let someone from the support team check my case. I’ve tried contacting EA Support via the help site, but I couldn’t find any live chat or contact options under FC 25.
