Hi there.  Iv changed my mind about pre order of Eafc 26.  anytime I go into chat to do it I’m not allowed to chat to anyone.    Just says try another time or just kicks me saying you already be...

    We do not offer support over DM jorgebest7​.

    If you purhcased the game on the PSN store then you will need to speak with PSN Support.

    Our live support team cannot help with any issues related to purchases made outside of the EA app.

If you don't put it in the post jorgebest7​ then we don't assume. Simply using tags is not enough.
