Hosting a big live Tournament in France

Hey guys,

We plan on hosting a big gaming event at "Le Pavillon De La Soie" in lyon, France. We would like to have FC25 as the main game, next to Dragonball Sparking Zero. Do we need a license or can we just do that? Participation is free. One only pays to enter the venue, but it will contain anime cosplay, k-pop dance battles, Asian food, etc. The game tournament is just part of it all. I tried reaching out to EA, but they didn't respond.
