I got transfer banned because of my brother

Hi there. As RadioShaqs suggested, you're welcome to dispute the ban. Instructions for that can be found here. However, they most likely won't overturn this. You are responsible for your own account and it's against the Terms of Service to share accounts. Going forward, it would be good to lock down your account so others are not able to access it.
