i packed only 2 packs from season rewards

i received only 2 packs from season rewards  while i should receive around 5 packs and 2 player picks  can u help solve tthis problem and give me the right rewards that i should  get from div 2 and season rewards becaus i need those rewards so i can upgrade my team, incloud that i have one of  the worst players on fc25  that i cant compete with other players
