I think I’ve just been permanently banned of transfer market for nothing
Can anyone help me please, I need to know if this is a sign of being permanently banned I’ve tried emailing them this morning and still no luck.I can’t use the transfer market on the web app or companion even in game I can’t use it so I done a bit of reading online and it’s saying I could be permanently banned so I don’t know what to do right now. I have attached a screenshot of the message I got sent this morning (the image should be attached underneath)

Transfer market bans do tend to be permanent unless our terms of service team overturns them. If you've already reached out to terms of service then I can only recommend that you wait for them to get back to you.
