I was banned indefinitely because someone added me and insulted me and I did not

 I don't know why I got banned? I can't get along with this EA. Someone added me and cursed my family values, i just said "that's why this mental retardation" and you dont know what is this mean in Turkish language. Its not hateful or something on our language you need to check firstly what i said. In PS platforms u are giving to people chat ban but I'm banned indefinitely. What is my problem? You are doing this because im playing on PC? Please fix this problem. I don't understand, did you expect me to wait calmly and silently while someone was swearing at me and my family? You should not impose such unfair bans instead of standing by what is right. I have the screenshots. Why am I getting banned because someone else swore at me? Please do what is necessary, there is no such ridiculous ban method, it is not normal for me to be banned during TOTY week even though I did not insult anything.
