Kicked out of FUT Champions game after I won

Question

Hello I need some help, I have just won a FUT Chanpions game 6-5 after being 5-1 down. &nbsp;The final whistle blew and as I went to continue to the menus I got a message saying that ‘ea can not process your request’ I then got kicked out of the servers and was given a ‘DNF’. That is a problem because of course I do not get my win and actually get given a loss. But I also now can not play 15 fut champions games for my bonus red pick upon completion of playing 15 games, can you help please?

Happened to me as well (although I lost) however, still played the full game. I’ve noticed a few others bringing this issue to their attention and I’ve also contacted support personally, so I’m hoping we get compensated appropriately. If not, then it would be entirely unfair.
