Limit reached

Hello everyone

Like an hour ago I tried to login on my account on my mate his PlayStation 5, everything worked accept when I tried to login to ultimate team. It gave me a pop-up ‘limit reached’ that I needed to play ultimate team on one of the other accounts on the PlayStation. Is there a fix for this? I can’t access my account now and I don’t have my own console with me.
