Losing wins
For some reason when I win a game of fut champions it counted as a game but didn’t give me the win and I am not happy as I don’t get that many wins

This has happened to me a lot recently. I have spoken to ea multiple times through the chat with an advisor and it’s always the same response “we are really sorry that there is nothing we can do about this”. I have ended up deleting the game because I can’t justify spending my money and wasting my time playing a competitive game mode like champs when I am having wins taken off of me and they are unwilling to do anything because it means they have to admit they have **bleep** servers
I don’t know why they won’t do anything about it!
