3 games in a row I have matched to people not in my division they have sent evidence they are not in my division and it's happened every time I get to one game away from being promoted!!!! Absolutely disgusting just because I don't spend money in the game we get punished by EA and the toxic idiots that you can't report!!!
It’s not locked to your division unless you are in elite.
So it's right to be playing div 1 when I'm div 3
They never gave the plus or minus you could play. If you are on the edge of moving up it would make sense to play a division lower than above you.
trust me for fast games they just pair everyone i lost one point at 5games in row and next game i say ok matchmaking will give player decent average players in his team and of course i get player with full team of year players and icons full team witch is mean he pay a lot of money is like this if you don`t pay to have new players in your team you are pretty much doom to lose but matchmaking is horrible i am div 4 and i can see guy who i play against me is div 1 at list on skills compare to me i just want to have fun in m division not to be dominate but div 1 players in me division because EA matchmaking is horrible just to give games
EA prioritise how quickly they can connect you over the quality of the match. They've always been this way.
I doubt EA will ever confirm this, but when you’re playing for promotion you will always face someone from a higher division. Sort of like a “final boss” to see if you can compete there.
Also, people tend to forget that everyone who used to be in Elite got relegated to Div 2 and a lot of them are still there because they’re mostly facing other Elite opponents.
If you’re struggling now, trust me, you don’t want to get promoted. You’ll face these opponents every single game.. it’s rough out there.
