missing academy evo

i did all challenges and i havent got the first playstyle plus evo player pick neither gained the 5 star skill move evo that i choose i need help because without it i cant do the final evo and the time i spent on my evo is all for nothing and if i cant help i am for real just unninstal and dont play because if cant progress on my litle free time i aint spending it on fc 25 for sure. i have got the 4 week foot and is literaly impossible to have it and dont have recieved the first playstyle pick because it required 5 wins that would do all the challenges
