Hi, My son plays fc25 a lot, he gets packs and trades them in squad challenges. He is ir was also saving coins to buy a hero or icon? I think he wanted george best. Anyway, he had roughly 400k coins and they seem to have gone missing completely. I have seen the coins total, he says he hasnt bought anyone to that anount and that the coins ahould still be there, i tried ea help and i was told to post here, any ideas what i can do for him?

It sounds like your son might have received a coin wipe if his total was reduced to exactly 0 and he isn't missing anything else. Did he receive an email from our terms of service team about it?
I don't remember seeing anything email wise. What is coin wipe and can it be reversed? Seems incredibly unfair the effort he as put in.
If he got wiped it would be for cheating. If he was unfairly banned you can appeal it by contacting the terms of service team. Like the above check if he got an email saying that.
