Missing item

I have completed the Gerd Muller SBC (sacrificed ALL of my fodder) and it did not appear in My Squad. I did mot quick sell nor put it in an SBC, I completed this more than a week ago, reached out to EA support but still no update!

Will really appreciate if somebody could assist.
