missing reards for ea play pro
I subscribed to EA play Pro and it was my first subscription. But I didn't receive 1600 fc points and Hero packs in my fc25 ut. Anyone can help me with that. Thanks a lot.

EA Play Pro is only for the EA app. Do you also play on PC, or do you play on a console?I am pc user. I can find the ea pro logo under my name in ea app. Thanks for your reply.
by the way, I also try to login to my fc25 ut Account in pc and webapp. But I don’t receive the hero pack and 1600fc point. Could you please help me to fix this issue?

Do you usually play on Steam? If so, could you try installing and running the game via the EA app? The EA Play Pro edition is its own little thing, and it might just not be catching it properly. Let me know if that helps. I bought fc25 in steam. I have tried to luanch the game via ea app but did not receive the reward. Do you mean I should delete the game on my computer and redownload it via ea app？
It will take long time to redownload the game. Could you please help me to check it？I think it is quite easy to find.
