Checked my email, no email from EA saying the reason for the ban, just email saying that they recived my case.
Idk why it takes so long to resolve this, it makes no sense to me. 15 days now and counting

7 months agoYou'll need to open a case with an advisor to ask them about the status of your ban. Do not submit another dispute. Just open a case so you can talk to an advisor so they can tell you what the current status is.
