My attackers still out of position

Hi,

I need help. When I miss an action, instead of my attackers returning to defense, they go up to the goalkeeper (to give him a kiss I suppose). Furthermore, in defense, my defensive midfielders never go down, my defenders accompany the opposing attackers who, therefore, can never be offside... To recap, I have my attackers in the opposing goal while I do not have the ball, my defenders are in my goals and my midfielders are out of position. Anyone having the same problem as me?
