Not receiving Verification Email

Hello EA team. I just got my PS5 but I can play EAFC 25 because it’s asking me to verify yet I have not received any email or code from EA. I have check all spam. Purchase, promotion and all mail boxes still nothing. How can I receive or go about this. It’s really frustrating
