Objectives not working and EA help are as useful as always

Firstly I noticed the festival of football kit objectives not tracking, then the daily play games didn’t reset. After what felt like decades of being redirected through useless links I got through to ea help who have simply recommended posting on here(which I doubt will resolve anything). Anyone else having similar issues?
