Ongoing Issues with Refund Request and Account Ban
Hello everyone,
I’m facing a frustrating situation with EA regarding a refund for EA SPORTS FC™ 25 - FC Points 18500. I requested a refund under my legal right of withdrawal, but EA insists that my account ban related to Apex Legends must be lifted first. Additionally, the Points were purchased through unauthorized transactions. This seems unfair, as consumer protection laws guarantee my right to a refund regardless of account status.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any advice on how to escalate this issue would be appreciated!
