There is a large thread in the bug report forum where they are investigating it. They are asking for more details so they can fix it. If you haven’t already post your details in there.
They’re been asking the same questions for months. In the meantime the game is unusable for a lot of customers.
We are asking for an update.
That thread has been live for 21 days with no EA follow up at allIf they came back to say they’d looked into it and they’ve no idea why it’s happening I’d have more respect for that.
Again, it hasn’t impacted you so why do you care? Go and enjoy your perfect game.
