Pc input delay and lag every game

I have experienced insane amounts of input delay and lag since launch. 

The game is virtually unplayable, as I often have to calculate every move a couple of seconds before my players actually do them. 

My connection is always great with under 20 ms latency, and my PC is more than capable of running the game even with the max settings. I have tried every tweak in the settings and numerous methods suggested on other posts, but nothing seems to do the trick. I don't even know if EA are aware or working on a fix. It is very dissapointing after looking forward to grind the game and having paid a lot of money to do so.

Please share any tips to fix this or any similar experiences on PC to raise awareness.
