@Napoleon_ASI Well opening multiple cases is not going to help. I think it took a week or more for me to get a reply too. If you want to get your account data to see if you were hacked for example you can check here:
https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/access-your-ea-account-data/You can also create a case where you ask for Subject Access Request to get data about your EAFC 25 logs.
If the Terms of Services team rejects your appeals, saying that they will no longer investigate, then your last option is to check the section 15 in EA TOS. I was going through that process but they unbanned my account before I got a response from that way.
And what comes to compensation, EA took my access to a paid product for 5 weeks, rejected 3 appeals saying they will never unban me and there is nothing I can do than to accept that decision and then for whatever reason decided to unban me after all that regardless. And obviously I did not get any compensation for all the time and effort wasted fighting for something that should never have happened in the first place.
