Played 4 hackers in rivals today :) - Give me my money back EA

I have recordings of playing multiple hackers

I am trying to get to elite but i cannot because they somehow access the sliders i am sure so i cannot move, they have auto green time etc etc

as i said i have video proof.

I want my money back as EA cannot justify this being a thing on PC, the game is actuially broken and i cannot play it properly

How do i send these files to EA as they are multiple GB and the limit here is 75MB
