I had a player pick +86 as season rewards.
I got Eusebio toty, selected him but the game decided to give me a player that was not selected.
I spoke with support and they say they can't do nothing.
The player pick is not designed properly. you put the cursor on a player and it does not give you that one.
This is completely devastating, has anybody experienced this?
We need to report this glitch, I'm absolutely destroyed.
I had the same problem!!!! In pack i found SMITH but gave me another player!!!

How the heck you select a player, push the button and gives you another player that you never selected??!!!
EA apparently don't care about it. The support guy was cool, in fact he suggested to create this thread in order to see if it is affecting more users, but they told that they are not capable of retrieving it because it gets hosted on the cloud bla bla...
I'm devastated. We're absolutely alone.
