Playstyle+ evo glitch, went on wrong player

So basically I was debating on who I should put the quickstep+ on. Decided to go with vieira so as Im trying to apply the evo on him my game glitches out. I clearly see that vieira had the playstyle+ added. Next thing, I quit the evo menus and go back because I cant find my vieira in the my evos section. What I find when going bacl in is that the evo was applied on a complete random player. Contacted ea, they dont even care. They sent me an AI message that said please go through the steps to recover missing item like Im some bot that doesnt know how when clearly its a bug I’ve never seen. Overall, I paid for the season pass specifically for quickstep+. Got legit robbed and then I cant even find a way to live chat with ea. They also closed my case without any details on if I even could recover the evo. As you can clearly see in the video this is false advertisement. If I dont get my evo back Im honestly deleting the game and never buying fc anymore. Its been too long they dont care about their community. How am I supposed to play a game you cant even reach out to live chat if you got a problem. Only way I even got access to live chat was when I clicked the refund section. And even then, nobody answered me even tho it was written the agent was online. Stayed 15 mins in the convo. Im very disapointed honestly.
