Hi ,my lil sis was playing in a my account and she has discarded my mbappe 94 thunderstruck and I can’t get him back and if there is something that I can do because it was my best player.

You can log in onto the web/companion app and go to club > quick sell recovery.
In quick sell recovery, select the date and navigate next/previous pages and recover your player item.
Please note - you can recover if it is discarded within the last 7 days.
