Please help EA

Please can someone reach out to me from EA sports FC Studio, I tried to contact the live chat with a few issues however it kept telling me to write on this forum.  Two issues need to be resolved. first issue - EA servers disconnecting in crucial fut champs game which I was winning. And it gave me a loss!. Please fix - I will attach proof and if more needed let me know another issue I had previously but not resolved via live chat due to the fact they said studio controls compensations. I needed to be compensated for Case 196554739-  can someone please contact me from ea
