Possible hacked account
Hi all
I really need urgent help. My son has autism and we bought him Ultimate FIFA 25. The issue is he has not played used the EA account for years. He cannot remember the details of it but when we try to play the game it looks like the email has been changed and the account has been hacked. Email ends in post-shift.ru. I am trying to chat with someone at EA but the chat function is NOT working? I have no idea what to do. I cannot get anyone. Please can someone help.

Sorry to hear someone else has gotten into your account. If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of the security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control. I'll share them below:
After that, if you need more assistance, you'll need to get in touch with our support team. You can create a new case here and select EA App > Manage my account > I need help with my hacked account > the available option, so the support team can assist more from there. Our EA Help guide 'How to manage your EA Account security and safety' recommends this when reaching out for help with hacked accounts:
